Meet Attorney Shaw

Tara is originally from Upstate New York, but after twenty years, San Diego is now where she calls home (except she's still a huge Syracuse basketball and Buffalo Bills fan)!

While in law school she worked in the field of trusts and estates and loved the organization and attention to detail that it entailed.  She decided this was the perfect area for her to be able to assist clients with something  most see as an overwhelming task.  She takes pride by making estate planning and navigating the courts a straightforward and stress free process.

She believes every single person needs some level of planning and it is her goal to make it easily accessible (from both a cost and convenience standpoint), and also understandable.  She knows she's done her job, when at the final meeting, a client says, "Wow - that was easy!" 

In her free time she enjoys walking along Mission Bay, enjoying her local Bay Park community, spoiling her dogs and visiting the elephants at the San Diego Zoo with her husband.

Meet Attorney Martinez

Siena holds both her JD and LLM in Taxation. She developed a passion in the areas of estate planning and tax during law school, including an internship with Shaw Legal Office, APC and the Federal Tax Clinic, in which she assisted clients with disputes against the IRS.

Siena loves helping clients find the best estate plan that fits with their unique needs, is excited to work with each and every client, and values building lasting relationships.  She also enjoys helping her probate and trust administration clients navigate the complexities and stressors that come with these processes. Siena assists clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives, and she is dedicated to making the process smooth for them.

In her free time, Siena enjoys playing with her dog, Tulip, at the beach, practicing yoga, and spending time with friends and family.
